The Directorate of Sports Merged Areas Re-Tender 2026 is now open for event management firms. Scope of Work
The selected firm will plan, manage, and run sports events for the department. Work may include venue setup, logistics, branding, and on-ground coordination. Firms with a proven record of handling public events will have a clear advantage.
Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope method under Rule 14(2)(b) of the KPPRA Rules 2014. Technical and financial proposals are submitted together but checked separately. Bidders must quote package-wise rates and submit a separate bid for each package.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested firms must meet the following conditions:
- Registration with KPPRA
- Registration with tax bodies such as FBR and KPRA
- Valid NTN and GST certificates
- Name listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL)
- Registrar of Firms certificate (Form-H) and SECP registration where applicable
- Bid security of Rs. 200,000 as a Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the Director General of Sports, KP

- Prepare the technical and financial proposals in two separate envelopes.
- Attach registration certificates, tax documents, and the CDR.
- Mention your postal address, valid email, and active phone numbers.
- Submit the bid online via EPADS before the deadline.
- Send hard copies to the Directorate of Sports Merged Areas office in Peshawar.
Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
